Valentine’s Day Wedding Photography Offer – Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Details
   The Valentine’s Day promotion offers 20% off Wedding Photography Package 1 and Package 2 only. The discount applies to photography services provided by Everbinding Photography.

2. Offer Validity & Expiry
   This promotional offer is valid for a limited time and must be booked on or before 22 February 2026. Any enquiries, provisional bookings, or confirmations made after this date will not be eligible for the discount.

3. Eligibility
   The offer applies to new wedding photography bookings only and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings or previously confirmed contracts.

4. Initial Booking & Holding Deposit
   To proceed with a booking under this offer, an initial holding deposit of £49.99 is required.
   This holding deposit:

• Allows the couple to proceed without immediately setting a wedding date

• Does not reserve or secure a wedding date in the diary

• Confirms intent to book Everbinding Photography

1. Securing a Wedding Date
   A wedding date is only secured once a total deposit of £200 has been paid.
   This means an additional balance will be required to bring the total deposit paid to £200 before the date is officially entered into the planner and removed from availability.

2. Refund Policy if Date Cannot Be Secured
   If a suitable wedding date cannot be agreed or secured, any deposits paid (including the £49.99 holding deposit) will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

3. Booking Confirmation
   A booking is only considered fully confirmed once:

• The total £200 deposit has been paid, and

• A signed booking agreement has been received

Until both conditions are met, dates remain available to other couples.

1. Package Scope
   The discount applies only to Package 1 and Package 2 as advertised on everbindingphotography.co.uk at the time of booking. Additional services, albums, travel costs, or extras are not included unless stated.

2. No Cash Alternative
   The promotional discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, credit, or alternative services.

3. Non-Combinable Offer
   This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or special pricing.

4. Cancellations & Changes
   If a booking is cancelled by the client after a wedding date has been secured, standard cancellation terms outlined in the booking agreement will apply. Promotional pricing will not be reinstated if the booking is later rebooked.

5. Right to Amend
   Everbinding Photography reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time prior to booking confirmation, without affecting confirmed bookings.

6. Governing Law
   These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
